Ferment Brewing Company is located on the Hood River waterfront, right in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. Our second floor tasting room offers expansive views of the Columbia River Gorge and observation of our brewery down below. It’s an ideal spot to sit and enjoy one of our delicious beers after a day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking.

Not only is fermentation the art behind our beers, but it’s also built into our menu. From fermented ketchup to housemade kraut and sourdough crackers, we embrace the timeless tradition using fermentation to evolve ingredients. Sourcing locally is part of our DNA (we’re in the Gorge, after all.)
