Brewed with malted barley from Bohemia, revered Saaz hops from Czechia, and naturally soft, pure spring water from the base of Mt. Hood, 12° Pils is a truly authentic Czech-style lager.
The finest European malted barley and a generous addition of toasted rice build the foundation of Ferment Hana Pils. To this, French Strisselspalt, Slovenian Celeia, and German Hüll Melon hops layer on aromas of wildflowers, fruit blossoms, melon and strawberries.
El Lager Dorado is brewed with maize and wild agave syrup to create a crisp, refreshing lager with a special zing. ¡Salud!
ALES
A pale mash and unique black sparge technique imparts a gentle acidity along with a clean, delicate roast character in this surprisingly refreshing dark ale.
Almost paradoxically complex, rich flavors and aromas are complimented by a clean, dry finish that makes this ESB a perfect match to a wide range of foods.
Carefully crafted to fully express its curated ingredients from England and PNW, this IPA is biscuity yet fruity with bold notes of peach, tangerine, and red cedar.
Inspired by the brewing traditions of Burton-on-Trent, heirloom malted barley varieties and hops grown in the UK come together to produce an ale that is earthy yet crisp and refreshing.
Woodsman Porter embodies the spirit of Ferment. A blend of five different malts impart a rich, fruity character while wild foraged Doug Fir tips lend earthy evergreen notes.
In a world full of “hype beers” and rock-star hop varieties Crystal Kingdom offers clean, enjoyable hoppiness and simple sensibility. Brewed only with Old World Pilsner Malt from Rahr - a fossil-free product - and the greatly under-hyped Crystal variety of hops Crystal Kingdom is a little sweet, a little earthy, with just the right amount of citrus hoppy zing - a beautiful place to be.

Sour Ale, Lost in Fragaria is made with Oregon Strawberries and dry
hopped with Hüll Melon.
White River Saison follows in the tradition of small farmhouse breweries of Wallonia. We combine malts and hops from the Belgian, French, and German countryside, which then ferments with yeast captured from the wind on the slopes of Mt. Hood to create an ale that is both refreshing and wonderfully complex.
Spicy, herbal hops from Europe and complex notes from wild yeast create a depth of subtle nuances of this malt-forward beer.

BARREL-AGED BEERS
Brewed with a blend of seven different malt varieties from England and aged for a year in French oak wine barrels, Ferment Barleywine Ale explores deep layers of dried fruit and toffee.
Ferment Imperial Stout was aged in Hood River Distillery, Camp 1805 bourbon, rye whiskey and rum barrels and blended to taste. Dark dried fruit, coffee and caramel is met with oak and delicate whiskey notes in this traditionally rich brew.
To create this special offering we combined three vintages of Imperial Stout and rested the blend on whole vanilla bean. The resulting concoction is rich and complex layers of bold roast and tangy dried fruit give way to notes of whiskey and sherry from extended barrel aging while vanilla ties everything together in a warm embrace.
KOMBUCHA
Ferment Nilgiri Kombucha undergoes a week-long ferment of the revered black tea, resulting in a refreshing lemony zing and light notes of apple cider and ginger. Non-Alcoholic & Organic.
