Fresh Hop Centennial IPA

An American sweetheart since its 1990 release, Centennial hops epitomize craft beer with bold floral notes, juicy citrus, and fresh pine giving this light golden ale a distinctive nose and twang only obtainable from this beloved hop at harvest time.

Once a year in the Northern Hemisphere, we get to brew beer in it's purest form. Hop cones, cut from the trellises, are immediately collected by bleary-eyed brewers on a pre-dawn mission. Once back at the brewery, fresh hop cones are crammed into a fermenter with freshly brewed Indian Pale Ale to extract the magic that is the fresh hop brew
