Distinguished by nothing more than a malt forward character, this “beer for keeping” is a farmhouse style originating from the Pas de Calais and Nord regions of France.

Ferment Bière de Garde utilizes hops from throughout Europe to provide balance and present a delicate spicy / herbal character and wild yeast from the slopes of Mount Hood producing un véritable terroir.
