Fresh Hop Citra IPA

Fresh Citra hops impart a fascinating blend of lime and tropical fruit aroma to this golden IPA, creating a nose only obtainable from this unique hop at harvest time.

Once a year in the Northern Hemisphere, we get to brew beer in it's purest form. Hop cones, cut from the trellises, are immediately collected by bleary-eyed brewers on a pre-dawn mission. Once back at the brewery, fresh hop cones are crammed into a fermenter with freshly brewed Indian Pale Ale to extract the magic that is the fresh hop brew
